Approach
Evidence-led. Confidentiality-first. Built for action.
Our methodology is designed to surface the culture and governance risks conventional reporting misses — and to leave organisations with findings they can act on, own and be held to.
What guides the work
Six principles that shape every engagement.
Triangulated evidence
Documentary review, quantitative survey data and qualitative interviews are analysed together — no single source is asked to carry the finding.
Confidentiality by design
Participants speak on the record with us, and on background with everyone else. Attribution is stripped, patterns are surfaced.
Sector-literate
We work in the language of the regulator, the board and the frontline — and translate between them without losing meaning.
Proportionate
Findings are prioritised. Recommendations are matched to what the organisation can realistically own and implement.
Trauma-informed where needed
For workforces under strain or engagements touching sensitive experience, methodology is adapted with care.
Ownership, not dependency
The solution lab and progress reviews are designed to leave the organisation stronger — not more reliant on us.
How an engagement flows
Six phases across roughly 10–14 weeks.
01
Scoping
Focused exploratory meeting with chair(s) and executive leadership to confirm scope, participation and safeguarding.
02
Evidence
Documentary review, confidential organisation-wide survey and board / leadership comparator survey.
03
Voice
Confidential one-to-one interviews and two facilitated diagnostic focus groups to explore and test emerging themes.
04
Synthesis
Triangulation, culture and governance risk mapping, and RAG-rated indicators.
05
Action
Board-level report and presentation, followed by a facilitated solution lab to co-develop response.
06
Assurance
Structured three-month and six-month progress reviews to assess implementation and emerging impact.
